We understand that you may not want to talk on the phone so we let you self schedule, and generally if we have any questions/concerns about your booking, we will reach out. Regardless, you can always expect us to reach out and confirm the booking and give you an estimate on time. Some jobs are more nuanced than others, and we strive to offer transparent pricing, and accessible booking options. We offer some “sliding scale” services (at our discretion), in order to serve the larger neglected populous that exists here, more palpably. Please still reach out if you want to discuss work, but need that option. If the category you select isn’t correct in your booking, our client manager will contact you to get you properly scheduled. Descriptions of each service category are available on the booking page. Please be advised - our hours Monday-Saturday are 9am - 5pm, and appreciate you only selecting to schedule in those hours, despite our Microsoft booking page allowing you to do otherwise. If you truly wish to have services completed outside those hours, we are more than willing to discuss the possibility of that.
